1. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time before the product has been shipped or entered the production process. If cancelled under these conditions, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Please note: Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. In such cases, you may initiate a return upon receipt following our return guidelines below.
2. Returns
We accept returns for eligible items under the following conditions:

Return Period: Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Item Condition: Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories included.

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt, order confirmation, or proof of purchase is required.

Do not send returns to the manufacturer or any address not provided by our customer service team.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs at most once per eligible return.

No restocking fees apply.
3. Refunds
